Home Equity Loans

A Home Equity Loan from Lenco Credit Union allows you to borrow against the equity you have established in your home. It’s an easy, affordable way to borrow the money you need for home improvements, college expenses, bill consolidation, or just about anything. Home Equity Loans are often tax deductible (see your tax advisor regarding deductibility).

Lenco Credit Union offers 2 types of Home Equity Loans; a 10 year closed-end fixed rate, and a Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) that is tied to the Prime Rate. Both loans have no application fees, and no annual fee. Member pays cost of a title search and an appraisal fee only if used to determine value.

First Mortgage Loans

Lenco Credit Union now offers 10, 15, 20, and 30 year Fixed Rate First Mortgages. There is no application fee and closing costs and rates are among the lowest available in Lenawee County. You can rewrite your existing First Mortgage, or get pre-approved for the purchase of a new home.
