Home Equity/Mortgage
A Home Equity Loan from Lenco Credit Union allows you to borrow against the equity you have established in your home. Lenco Credit Union offers 3 types of Home Equity Loans; a closed-end adjustable rate (ARM), a 5 year closed-end fixed rate, and a home equity line of credit (HELOC). All 3 loans are tied to Prime Rate and have no closing costs or application fees.
